Accidents At Week-end
Jocelyn Robinson, of 57 Northcote Road, suffered a fractured skull and facial injuries when her cycle and a car collided at the corner of Vagues Road and the Main North Road about 6.55 p.m. on Saturday. She was admitted to the resuscitation ward of the Christchurch Hospital. Last evening she was on the seriously ill list and her condition was reported as poor.
Pedestrian Injured.—Head injuries were suffered by Marara Wharekawa. of 109 Ranfurly Street, when she was struck by a car in High Street near Tuam Street about 12.50 a.m. yesterday She was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital. Two Injured.—Two men were admitted to the Princess Margaret Hospital after a utility vehicle rolled over at Balmoral early yesterday monfing. They are Michael Kenneth Moore, who suffered head and arm injuries and David James Nation, who suffered head injuries. They both live at Balmoral Forest.
