Rugby Codes Co-operate
The Canterbury Rugby League was appreciative of the willingness shown by the Albion Rugby Union Club to provide practice facilities for the New Zealand team which will play Great Britain tomorrow, the league’s chairman (Mr D. C. Wilson) said.
Four of the five training sessions held by the Kiwis were at Middleton Park, Albion’s home ground, which was within walking distance of their motels.
