Cressy House Opening Date
Cressey House (formerly the Lyttelton Maternity Hos pital) which was recently converted into a home for the aged, will be officially opened on August 22 by the Minister of Health (Mr Me Kay), according to the chairman of the Cressy House Trust Board (Mr F. I. Sutton). Cressy House received its first residents last month Cressy House came into being through the initial efforts of the Lyttelton Rotary Club.
