Thieu In Cambodia
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SAIGON, July 17. President Thieu of South Vietnam left Saigon by air today for Neak Luong, Cambodia, for a meeting with his commanders and with the Cambodian leaders. Neak Luong is a ferrycrossing on the Mekong River about 35 miles southeast of Phnom Penh, the Cambodian capital. South Vietnamese forces have an important logistical support base there. Mr Thieu was accompanied by the Foreign Minister (Mr Tran Van Lam).
