$28,000 For Tuam St Land
An industrial section of 37.4 perches at 289 Tuan Street, was sold for $28,000 at auction yesterday. The Government valuation is $18,400. The property with a 62ft frontage and several old buildings, was offered on account of the Park Davis Trading Company, Ltd. Bidding began at $22,000 and rose in six bids of $lOOO. The auctioneer was Mr E. G. Keenan, of Binns, Barber and Keenan, Ltd.
