ATHENS, July 12. 1 A court-martial in Athens yesterday gaoled a professed Communist student for 14 years for plotting to overthrow the regime. The same court sentenced two other students to four and 10 years, and acquitted two on the same charges. The verdict came after the defence counsel had walked) out of the court after a oneyear sentence had been passed on one of the students for contempt of court A defending lawyer, appointed by the court ex officio, pleaded in brief for the five students, who were part of a total of 36 Greeks, from different underground i organisations, who are being; tried in 17 separate groups before the military tribunal.
