Man Killed
(N Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, July 9. An elderly man died and his wife was injured when their car hit the side of a goods train at a level crossing in Papakura yesterday afternoon. The dead man was Alfred Devine, aged about 80, of Great South Road, Manurewa. Mrs Minnie Jane Devine, aged about 88, suffered concussion and cuts to her hands.
