Angus & Robertson
Angus and Robertson, Ltd, have recommended that shareholders accept the take over offer of Ipec Insurance, Ltd The directors say that they accept the offer for their own holdings. Reyuar Pty, Ltd, has not yet decided whether to accept the offer. Ipec offered one share plus 90c cash for every two Angus and Robertson 50c stock units.
