Cage Bird Show Entries Up

Almost 660 birds—more than the number entered last year—are on display at the Christchurch Society of Cage Birds thirty-first annual show at the Riccarton Town Hall. The 80 or so exhibitors are mostly from the Christchurch jarea, but two have entered (from the West Coast. 1 Judging was completed yesterday, and today the show will be open to the public. Yesterday afternoon, when the public was first admitted, there was quite a good attendance. One of the judges in the canary section, Mr H. C.
