All Blacks' Opponents
(N.Z. Press Association) PERTH. Four New Zealanders are in the Western Australian team to meet the All Blacks in Perth on Sunday, when the tourists break their journey to South Africa. They are the forwards, T. Lowson, S. Ross and R. Thompson, and the scrumhalf, K. Trainor.
The state selectors have picked an experienced side, while the forwards are the biggest to represent Western Australia—all members weigh more than 14 stone. K. Murdoch, at 16st 41b, is the heaviest. Since he arrived from Scotland earlier this year, he has gained the reputation of being an enterprising and talented player.
