WELLINGTON. Mr Hennie Nel, of Northern Transvaal, will accompany the All Blacks on their tour as the official South African Rugby Board representative. The area sales manager for South African Breweries, Mr Nel, aged 42, is a former captain of the Northern Transvaal side. Mr John Holmes will act in a dual role as tour manager and as a secretary to the New Zealand manager, Mr R. L. Burk. Mr C. B. Allan has been appointed baggage master.
