PHNOM PENH, April 16. | Cambodia had approached! India and Indonesia about! possible aid to help fight Vietl Cong troops on Cambodian] soil, informed sources said in Phnom Penh. The sources said that the] Indonesian and Indian missions in Phnom Penh had been sounded out before the Prime Minister (General Lon Nol) appealed for arms and war equipment from any country prepared to supply them.
