Unions Join For Matches
(N.Z Press Association) PALMERSTON NORTH. The joint negotiating committee Of the Bush and Wairarapa Rugby Unions, meeting in Pahiatua, took a step further towards amalgamation. It unanimously decided to start a combined senior and junior competition of one round between the two unions beginning on May 30. There will also be three combined representative fixtures, one in Pahiatua, one in Masterton and the other away.
