Cardigan Bay To Parade Arrangements have been (made for Cardigan Bay to parade at the Timaru Trotting Club’s winter meeting at Washdyke on May 16. Cardigan Bay’s owner, Mrs A. D. Dean, had been delighted with the proposal that the champion should parade at Washdyke, said the club’s; president, Mr J. R. D. Clay, on Saturday. Cardigan Bay’s former trainer, D.
