B. L. HILLIS SUSPENDED
I . (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. In the Fulton Memorial Handicap at Franklin on Saturday. Craftsman, which finished second a neck behind the winner, was relegated to fourth for causing intereferenee to Royal. Poet, fourth past the post, over the last furlong. Better Bee was promoted to second and Royal Poet to third. The rider of Craftsman, B. L. Hillis, was suspended from riding until 5 p.m. on March 7, the judicial committee specially setting the time so that Hillis would be free to drive at the Auckland Trotting Club’s meeting next Saturday night.
