Rugby. Team Impresses
(N Z P.A -Reuter—Copyright) TOKYO. Japanese sport writers yesterday wrote they were impressed by the New Zealand Universities Rugby team’s ‘speed, accuracy and team spirit.” They said they were surprised when the 25 team members trained for an hour in drizzling rain at a Tokyo stadium immediately after their arrival on Thursday afternoon. As its plane was delayed by two hours, the team drove to the stadium before going to their hotel. The N.Z.U. will play nine games in Japanese cities between March 1-29, including one against a Canadian team on -March 25 and three against -All-Japan.
