Sir,—As golf is prohibited by notice, in Waltham Park what is the authority for rid' ing horses and high-revving ’ motor-cycles in and arouhij , the park, "h common practice . almost every evening, to saj . nothing of the questionable ’ carrying-on of youngsters from about 11 to 14, bad ! language, and abuse of resi ’ dents who have been used t< ' a respectable, peaceful neigh bourhood?
