(N.Z. Press Association) MELBOURNE The New South Wales horse man, V. Frost, was cleared by New South Wales Trotting Club stewards on Wednesday night after an inquiry into the run ning of First Patch at Harold Park recently. Frost will now drive Lucky Creed in the final of the InterDominion Championship tomorrow night.
