(N.Z.P.A -Reuter —Copyright) DJAKARTA, Feb. 13. The Indonesian Foreign Minister (Dr Adam Malik) repeated today that relations between Djakarta and Peking would remain frozen until China agreed to end her criticism of Indonesia and stop her intereference with Indonesia’s internal affairs. As long as there was no sign that Peking would accept these conditions, Indonesia would make no attempt to resume normal relations, Dr Malik said, commenting on speculation in Djakarta that Indonesia was considering the possibility of resuming diplomatic relations.
