- (New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND. February 10. , The liberalisation of New Zealand’s ; immigration policy seems to consist mainly of ] more libera] spending of the taxpayers’ money, | according to Mr J. A. Gale, president of the , Race Relations Council.
