Waltons Extend Bid
Waltons, Ltd, advises that its offer for Anthony Hordern and Sons, Ltd, will remain open until February 26. Acceptances already received, together with certain agreements and options will, when completed, give Waltons, Ltd, more than 80 per cent of the issued ordinary capital and more than 50 per cent of the issued preference capital in Anthony Hordern.—(P.A.)
