N.M.D. 9. Tennis: Waiouru 5, C.M.D. 1; S.M.D. 6. N.M.D. 0. Water polo: Waiouru 6. C.M.D. 1; S.M.D. 14, N.M.D. 1. Cricket: N.M.D. 231 (Lynch 4/91) lost to S.M.D. 281/7 (Hanlin 123 not out); Waiouru 211 (Dellabarca 6/60 beat C.M.D. 208.
