Sleeping
The rest of us who are not suited to sleeping at night try bard to fit into this pattern, but we never completely succeed. Nor is it apparently possible for g person to change his basic sleep-waking cycle which was determined by his metabolism—the chemical processes by which the body functions—before he was born. But whatever the scientists say, all of us are faced with the necessity of buying a bed in which we will sleep comfortably and most of us have to sleep at night, whatever the scientists say.
