Police Search
Sir,—Your leader on the police search for the wanted car is excellent. I think a small coloured windscreen sticker with official stamp should be issued to each car presented at the police station for inspection. It would soon stimulate those who have not yet been, At present there is nothing to show which cars have not been brought forward. The cost of 30,000 stickers would be nothing to the cost of hunting up those who are dilatory, and would hasten the finding of the wanted vehicle. —Yours, etc., H. H. NICHOLAS. January 28, 1970.
