Former Govt Official Dies
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Jan. 29. A former Secretary of Industries and Commerce, Mr George William Clinkard, died in Wellington on Tuesday. Mr Clinkard held the post from December, 1946, until 1950, when he joined the Board of Trade. He retired from the Public Service in 1956.
