The Waikato Hospital Board’s financial commitments would mean “an almost constant approach to the loan market for many years to come,” board members were told at their annual meeting today when the chairman (Mrs C. E. Tulloch) gave her report. She said an estimated average of $3,293,445 would have to be raised annually for the next five years. “There will still be a .balance Of $7,810,000 for completion of the building programme from 1974-75,” said Mrs Tulloch.
