Lamb Prices Maintained N.Z. Preu Attociation WELLINGTON, Dec. 5. Although pitchings of fresh lamb increased, last week’s realisations for New Zealand lamb were maintained on Smithfield Market, London, this week, the New Zealand Meat Board reports. The main grade (prime 29/361b) was quoted at 32d to 32Jd, the same as last week.
Small quantities of New Zealand mutton sold slowly. The main grade of hogget (49/561b) was quoted at 20d to 21d, and wethers were 19d to 19}d. Ewe mutton was quoted at 18d to 19d. Lamb prices were:—
