Parliament’s Diary
Mr R. Macdonald (Lab., Grey Lynn), who left yesterday to attend a Parliamentary .conference in India, was farewelled in Parliament yesterday afternoon. He is not standing again. Ministers answered 10 questions, after which the House debated Ministers’ answers to previous questions.
The Auckland Regional Authority Amendment Bill was introduced and read a first time. The House proceeded to debate the second reading of the Transport Amendment Bill (No. 2).
