Change Of Ownership
The Metropole Hotel, Al Capone’s headquarters during the Chicago gang wars of the 19205, has been bought by a woman for more than SUS3OO,OOO. Built 76 years ago, the hotel, which has 300 rooms, will continue its present role under its new owner, Mrs Theodore Moss, the wife of an Indiana real estate investor.—Chicago, October 15.
