The paint manufacturer, Taubmans Industries, Ltd, has acquired sll the issued capital of International Majora Paints Pty, Ltd, in a consolidation of the Australian paint interests of Courtaulds, Ltd, of the United Kingdom. Uris follows the recent joining of the United Kingdom parent companies bf International Majora and Taubmans. Taubmsns* chairman (Mr E. G. F. Horne) said last night the acquisition of International Majora was for undisclosed cash. No shares were involved. He said the name International Majora had been changed to Internationa! Red Hand (Australia) Pty, Ltd.
