Missing Gir! Found

HAMILTON, October 12. A 19-y ear-old Matamata girl J missing since last Tuesday and feared drowned in the Karapiro Dam, was found alive this afternoon. She was found in a confused state near the Karapiro Lookout by a woman motorist, the Cambridge police said. It appeared that the girl had spent since Tuesday in scrub surrounding the dam. She is now under observation in Waikato Hospital.
