INFANTS DROWN

(N.Z. Preu Association) INVERCARGILL, Sept. 21. Two Invercargill children were found drowned this afternoon in a fish pond only a'few yards from the home they were visiting at Pyramid, near Riversdale, 27 miles from Gore. They were Douglas James Wilson, aged 17 months, and Jacqueline Leonie Wilson, aged 2j, the children of Mr and Mrs P. D. Wilson, of 33 Dumbarton Place, Invercargill. Constable M. Nicholas, of Riversdale, said the children were found about 3 pan. by their mother and a friend she and her family were visiting, Mrs J. Graham. Only minutes before, the children were with their mother inside the 'house, which is on the farm property of Mr Graham.
