APPEAL FAILS

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. The former trainer, B. K. Hart, failed in an attempt to have the balance of a disqualification waived by the annual meeting of the Racing Conference yesterday. Hart was disqualified for two years by the executive committee on December 14, 1967, after positive swabs were returned by Tamahere Lass, in the Borough Maiden at Stratford, and High Sky, in the Waverley Cup, the previous Oc tober. He also failed in an appeal to the executive in 1968.
