Farm Forum At Temuka
A South Canterbury farm forum will be held at Temuka next Wednesday and Thursday. It is being convened by the Temuka and district Jaycees in association with the Department of Agriculture, Federated Farmers and the Young Farmers’ Club. The forum, which will include panel discussions, will be opened by the Minister of Agriculture (Mr Taiboys), and speakers will include the former Director-General of Agriculture, Mr D. N. R. Webb, whose subject will be “Big business in farming—the future.”
