D. Reith, with Glen, won thd Ashburton Associated Auction, eers’ trophy for the best dig. trict dog which has not won an open event, when the Mayfield Collie Dog Club conducted dog trials in conjunction with the Atlantic Silver Plough qualify, ing match held by the Hindi Young Farmers' Club.
Reith's entry was second tn the open event, first in the district event, and first in the maiden special event.
