AIRCRAFT “BUZZED”

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, July 4. Three men on a commercial aerial photography assignment were “buzzed" by a Cessna about 10 miles south of Raglan about 2,15 p.m. today. It is believed to have been the plane taken from Hamilton. Mr A. Johansen, a photographer, of Hillcrest Road. Papatoetoe, said the green and white Cessna swooped round them for some time. “Our pilot said to me, ‘I think that chap wants a dogfight’,” he said. I took a look at the other plane and it looked as if be was after a bit of fun.

“Our pilot tried to get through to Hamilton, but communications seemed a bit poor. I didn't take too much notice of the other plane because I was busy taking my photographs. It eventually left us and seemed to go off towards the south-east."
