Chch Boy Wins Design Contest

WELLINGTON, July 4.
Bruce Allan, of St Andrew’s College, Christchurch, has won the 1969 schools' chamber music programme design contest. Second prize in the contest, which is sponsored by the Bank of New South Wa)es, went to Marilyn Ching, of Nelson Girls' College, and Raewyn Tucker, of Auckland Girls’ Grammar School, was third.
Christchurch South Rotary. The following officers have been elected by the Christchurch South Rotary Club: president, Mr A. T. Watsoii; vice-president, Mr R. W. Thomas; directors, Messrs H. E, Menrath, C. S. Scott, and G. W. Streat; secretary, Mr L. C. Goodwin; treasurer, Mr L. H. Wilson.
