MOTZ HAS RECOVERED
Chosen For First Came (Special Crspdt SZ.Pjt.) LONDON. New Zealand’s key bowler, R. C. Motz, will play his first match of the tour today, for D. H. Robins’s XI against Oxford University. Motz was in the team to Play the London-New Zealand dub on the same day, but there has been a withdrawal from Robins’s team and Motz will fill the vacancy in the side, which also includes B. W. Yuile and K. J. Wadsworth. R. 0. Collinge will replace Motz, with R. S. Cunis becoming the twelfth man. The value of giving Motz this match is obvious, for after losing the first few days of training because of an ankle injury, be is more in need of practice than anyone. At the nets yesterday morning he bowled impressively and worked up to very good Pace.
