Aust. Wool Sales
Almost 174,000 bales of wool were offered at the wool auctions in Sydney, Melbourne and Fremantle last week. Keen and widespread competition was reported, and the clearance was 168,666 bales, or 97.11 per cent Prices were generally unchanged from those ruling at the. close of auctions a week earlier.—Sydney, May 20.
