C.S.R. Bid For Wunderlich

MELBOURNE, May 13.
Colonial Sugar Refining Company, Ltd, has ’informed Wunderlich, Ltd, that it intends to make an offer worth 400 c a share for Wunderlich.
C.S.R. has also said it proposes to discuss with Wunderlich whether to make an offer for the company’s preference chares about present market values.
