Pilot Scheme Possible

(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) HOT SPRINGS (Virginia), May 11.

The Nixon Administration will seek Congressional approval this year for its plans to share Federal revenues with State Governments, and to use tax incentives to help the poor and unskilled, a senior adviser to President Nixon disclosed today.
