Brunner Fishing
Guests at the Moans Kotuku Lodge caught 738 trout itr Lake Brunner this season tq make a record catch. In the previous season 551 fish were taken from the lake. The best fishing months were early in the season, Mr Gi Henderson, the proprietor; said, and 400 had been caught by the end of November. Mixed bags were taken by shooters at the MitcfiellS end of the lake during the opening of the duckshooting season, several shooters getting bags of six, seven or eight birds.
