Graduation Week

Sir,—l think Mr Skellerup and Mr Gilpin acted quite rightly in refusing to allow such a stupid stunt to take place in that position in the city. Heaven knows, the students are allowed plenty of latitude in other directions. As for their reaction to the' refusal, jyell, it does not give a nice picture of their mentality. Regarding Reg H. Stillwell's letter, I think he is a city councillor, and it seems to me he should be supporting Mr Skellerup and Mr Gilpin.—Yours, etc., BE REASONABLE.
