Competition For Pupils
(N.Z. Press Association) KAIKOHE, May 7. New Zealand Jaycees would organise a national competition for post-primary school pupils as part of an export promotion drive, the president of the organisation (Mr G. S. Smellie) said today. The organisation’s programme also includes selection of the “three outstanding young men,” selection of the "teen-age driver of the year,” a rescue breathing test, a leadership-in-action course, a mental health and rehabilitation scheme, and a farm management training course.
