QUEEN IN AUSTRIA
State Visit Continues I (■N.Z.P.A.-Reuter— Copyright) ' VIENNA, May 8. Queen Elizabeth travelled : by overnight train from Vienna to Innsbruck, the capital of the Tyrol, where she will be welcomed today by an honour guard of the local militia, dressed in traditional Tyrolean costume. The Queen, accompanied by Prince Philip and their daughter. Princess Anne, has completed an arduous round of receptions in Vienna, and is to continue her State visit to Austria with tours of Innsbruck and Salzburg. | This morning the Queen I will travel a short distance I outside Innsbruck to see the I Eurqpa bridge—described as ’ one of the greatest post-war feats of engineering in Ausi tria. It spans a deep valley I and takes traffic travelling south from Germany through the Brenner Pass into Italy. Later in the morning the Queen, at her special wish, will visit an 800-year-old ! farm belonging to a member lof the Tyrolean Parliament. At the farm she will inspect a special local breed of cattle which are prolific milk producers. During a walk through the ■ old, town of Innsbruck the I Queen will visit the Goldenes | Dachl—Golden Roof—known to tourists from all over the world, where she will meet some of Austria’s champion i skiers* i In the afternoon the Royal party will leave by train for Salzburg, the home of Mozart.
