SYDNEY CRASH.—The pilot of this Piper Cherokee pulled his woman passenger through the wreckage to safety after it skidded in flames 50 yards along the street in Bankstown, Sydney. The plane clipped trees and skidded along power lines before crashing into the street. A wing torn off by a power pole can be seen in the foreground.
