CAR FAILS TO STOP
A 45-year-old cyclist, Peter Graham Fuldseth, of 32 Farquahars Road, suffered leg injuries when his cycle was struck from the rear on the Main North Road, opposite St Bede’s College, about 9.29 p.m. yesterday.
He was treated at the Christchurch Hospital and allowed to go home. The car involved in the accident failed to stop as it travelled north.
The Papanui police are Inquiring for the car, which is dark coloured and believed to be a 1956 Studebaker.
