Man In Car Killed

(N.Z. Pi-ess Association) WELLINGTON, April 29. A man died instantly when a bulldozer toppled from a transporter and hit his car in Wellington, today. He was William Stanley Livingstone, believed to be in his sixties, of Island Bay.

The transporter was travelling through the suburb of Houghton Bay when the bulldozer broke loose. The bulldozer crashed on to the road and its.steel blade scraped over the bonnet and through the windscreen of Mr Livingstone’s car. The blade buried itself deep into the car.
