Fi-glass Jet (W. Jenkins, Christchurch» was first across the line in the 60 mile reliability trial, the Epiglass Classic, held oh Lake Ellesmere for the first time.
Another Christchurch entrant. Elation (J. W. Ryan), was second, and Phoenix Hunter (D. F. Robb, Timaru) third. Suzy Wong (T. Torrens, Christchurch), an outboard was second to FGGlass Jet in the maximum horsepower class nominated speed competition, and Phoenix Hunter third. Other results: —
