Reserved Decision
Decision was reserved by Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yesterday on an appeal by William Harold Douglas Bellamy, an architect (Mr R. J. de Gold!), against a Magistrate’s Court decision disallowing his claim for[ architectual fees in respect of services to the respondent, Five Star Motors, Ltd (Mr N. D. Thomson). The appellant claimed $866.50 as the balance of the fees due for services between July, 1965. and March. 1966. The respondent contended that the appellant's earlier accounts had been rendered for a full and final settlement of the amount.
